Phill Evans is a former Australian Army, Explosives Detection Dog Handler, Trainer and Instructor. A Dogs NSW qualified Instructor since 1980 and Dogs Australia appointed, Obedience and Rally O judge since 2009. He has been a handler and competitor in Obedience and Conformation Show Ring from 1979.
Phill was Manager of the New England Regional Companion Animals Shelter from 1998-2018 and has been actively involved in Rescue since 1980.
